Some of the Subscribers have asked if there is a way to turn off alerts during certain hours. I know on some other systesm this is in place.
Is there a way to customize hours you doen want to receive alerts through the CAD system??
In regards to the time Zones, they have a Disclaimer to inform uses the system runs on EST, and all times reflect EST. to Please use regard to time zone when selecting your Alert time preference.
