We've been having an issue with dispatchers randomly sending test alerts. we've sent out numerous emails informing them that they need to request permission to send a test page first. but they still do.
Can this be made an Admin feature only. remove test alert form the dispatchers sight???

This can be done by giving every alert type an access code in the database. That seems like over kill to me. The other way is to hard code "TEST ALERT" into the list and only have it viewable by admins. To hard code it, you will have to remove the "TEST ALERT" from your editable list.
Unless you can give me a reason why the Alert Types need access levels, I can do the Hard Code method pretty quickly.
